Listening in to live calls from Queue View / Dashboard
Where a Queue View / Dashboard shows an agent as being In Call you are able to get the system to call your (local) number and listen into the live conversation.
To do this Click on Tools on the bottom right hand corner of the Dashboard and click on Phone for Monitor.
Enter your landline number into the box and click on the Save Settings button.
If you then click on the colourd box next an agent who is In Call we will phone your number with the speech of that call. It's one way audio only - you won't be able to be heard by the Agent or Caller.
